2. What is the refund policy for cancellations?
For cancellations due to personal reasons:
¡More than 30 days before departure: A 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded;
¡15-30 days before departure: The 30% deposit is non-refundable;
¡Within 15 days of departure: Full costs for booked transportation/accommodation (with proof) will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded proportionally;
¡Within 72 hours of departure: No refund.
Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.): Rescheduling or refunds based on actual losses.
3. Can the itinerary be customized? Can you guarantee the best seasonal views?
Customization: Routes and stops can be adjusted upon request, but confirmation is required at least 30 days in advance.
Seasonal limitations:
¡Custom tours cannot 100% guarantee peak seasonal conditions (e.g., cherry blossoms/fall foliage are weather-dependent);
¡We provide seasonal recommendations, but outcomes depend on actual conditions.

Guides: Provide全程讲解 in Chinese, English, or French (arranged based on group needs);
Emergencies: Guides assist with multilingual communication with local authorities/hospitals.
6. How to book and pay?
Booking process: Submit requests via website/customer service → Confirm itinerary and fees → Sign e-contract → Pay 30% deposit → Final payment due 15 days before departure.
Payment methods:
¡International users: PayPal (transaction fees borne by the user);
¡Bank transfer: EUR/USD/CNY accounts accepted (company details provided).
Unpaid balances: Failure to pay the final amount 15 days before departure forfeits the deposit.
